A client writes,
I was wondering if there is a significance of having a dream and then a month or even years later having that same exact scenario play out in real life. Have your other clients reported having this phenomenon?
Did you know that by doodling you could foresee aspects of your future? I’ll show you how— through three samples below.
Doodling, while I read for my clients, keeps me engaged with my imagination. And I’ve found it helps uncover remarkable psychic insights.
Here’s a photo of a doodle I did that looks like hieroglyphics, symbols of an ancient mysterious language; just like the language of the psyche!
I like to exercise my psychic mind by tuning in to synchronicities. Being part of a purely random coincidence leaves me with the distinct sense that a subtext is at play. I’m in a dialog with the Universe...
In my work as a clairvoyant, I've had amazing psychic coincidences. And they don't always come through me. This one came through a client's dream...
An hour before she arrived, I was chopping some garlic for a marinade…and I know this will sound strange, but at the time, I was thinking about puke.
You see, a while ago a stranger threw up on our back stoop. The event was an anomaly as life goes around here, but nonetheless disturbing. Anyway, after cleaning it up, I cleansed the energy around my reading area by laying some crystals along the windowsill and burning some sage.
And so it was while chopping that garlic—just before my client arrived—that I was thinking, "I hope the crystals worked." And it was at this moment that I received a text from a friend in Hawaii that read:
While there are no simple answers to life’s dilemmas, the symbols in our dreams do offer us solutions. Through them, we can go to the heart of the matter, exploring the treasures history has to offer, and seeing into possibilities.
A client may be struggling with an oppressive job, unrequited love, or a lost sense of purpose. Her questions could be: Is it time to quit? Would he be good to me? Why haven’t I fallen in love? Should I go back to college?
In my sessions, I am less interested in providing simple answers, as I am offering helpful tools, providing prospective insights, and illuminating available paths.
I do this by asking for your spirit guide to collaborate with my spirit guide in order to send me a daydream relevant to your story. Before you tell me anything, I share this dream with you, along with the message I interpret it to mean.
Psychic impressions don’t have to come from tarot cards, or a psychic’s mind. They can come from any picture that calls you.
I was home in Manhattan recently, set to begin a woman’s reading by phone, when I tapped my computer’s keypad to check the time. I’d previously been downloading pictures from a hike I’d taken in the mountains of Hawaii. The screen lit up with one of those photos.
A paragraph I edited out of my last post turned out to be a psychic vision! It was a point I'd made about tuning into patterns, an essential aptitude for tapping into psychic consciousness.
The paragraph ran:
"If you were to notice red, orange and yellow mushrooms, you might then wonder if mushrooms also came in green, blue and purple. The very pattern of red, orange and yellow suggests the presence of a broader spectrum of colors. By wondering if mushrooms came in green, blue and purple, you would open the way for those mushrooms to appear in your waking reality."
At the time I thought the idea worthy of further exploration so I saved the text.
Some days later a friend and I spent some time hiking in New York’s Catskill Mountains. We’d no sooner started our journey to Giant Ledge, that I encountered this little gem to the left:
"Derek, I have to share this touch of heaven with you. I have a clump of steel wool I use to clean tarnished medals. After using the steel wool one day, I placed it on the corner of my desk in case I had to use it again.
As part of my psychic development practice, I play a game with the Universe: I ask a symbol -unique enough to be considered special- to show itself three times.
The symbols I follow may be simple, but they always lead to eloquent and surprising messages.
My first pang of attraction to 'the frilly, capital letter A' came while I was working at a friend's house in Hawai'i. At a nearby cafe, I'd picked up an entertainment magazine called 'Abstract'. It had a glossy green cover embossed with a giant, ornately scripted A. For some reason, I was drawn to it. I wondered if it would make a good symbol for my game.
Coincidences don't happen to us. They happen with us.
Students who took my psychic class on March 11th in New York City learned they were psychic. Some experienced symbolic visions that called to be interpreted. Others had remarkably literal impressions.
I gave the participants an exercise designed to help them forget their thinking minds. For a while, they daydreamed in imaginative spaces where their inner psychics could express themselves. Then they drew some abstract pictures. One student drew this:
