Doodling For Psychic Impressions

Did you know that by doodling you could foresee aspects of your future? I’ll show you how— through three samples below.

Doodling, while I read for my clients, keeps me engaged with my imagination. And I’ve found it helps uncover remarkable psychic insights.

Here’s a photo of a doodle I did that looks like hieroglyphics, symbols of an ancient mysterious language; just like the language of the psyche!

I can’t remember how the above drawing was relevant for the woman for whom I drew it.

Travel to Egypt?
A career in graphic design?
Learning a foreign language?

But an hour after her reading, I saw this remarkably similar picture on the wall of a Thai restaurant in Chelsea.


Scroll further down and you'll see a picture I drew that reminded me of a cubist painting; a deconstructed world view. I thought it a great representation of how the dreaming mind cuts an experience into symbolic pieces, then rearranges them like a puzzle.

I saw pots and pans hanging from the ceiling in this drawing. The dotted line through the circle reminded me of chain links, or a hanging chandelier. The coil with circles seemed like stored wine bottles. I drew some brackets in the center, which, in a wall or ceiling might hold some heavy equipment.

From this vague assembly of symbols, I said to my client, “I see kitchen reconstruction, modernizing a room or making a space happen.”

My client laughed. “My girlfriend is obsessed with the design of our kitchen. We just bought a house, and she’s been working with the contractors to get it all into place.”

This picture looks like a cigar, or a balloon perhaps. My client was pregnant. A cigar and a balloon suggested a boy to me. And she was indeed having a boy!

The dashes below it convey a sense of speed that made me think of a missile. Was either she or her husband in the military, I asked? Yes, she replied. He was in the military!

Here is a doodle I did of a pattern that perplexed me.

But later, I saw its psychic reflection from a bottle of water at a cafe in Soho.

I doodled this picture for client.

Weeks later, she wrote to me, 
'Derek, I came across the drawing you made during our session. So funny! I am dating a surfer dude who rides a unicycle. Never saw what one coming.' :-)
