Students who took my psychic class on March 11th in New York City learned they were psychic. Some experienced symbolic visions that called to be interpreted. Others had remarkably literal impressions.
I gave the participants an exercise designed to help them forget their thinking minds. For a while, they daydreamed in imaginative spaces where their inner psychics could express themselves. Then they drew some abstract pictures. One student drew this:
The subway map is the map of the underworld. It represents the realm of the Psychopomp, mediator between the subconscious and conscious.
Awakening to your psychic ability is like learning to call déjà vu. You know there’s profound meaning behind the experience, and with practice, you learn to draw it out.
Another student drew an indecipherable series of lines and dots. I asked her what she saw in it. “Nothing,” she replied.
“I won’t accept that answer,” I said. “Try making something up.”
After staring at it a while she said, “I see a quarter moon, some stars. A bright light is coming through. It’s so hot you can’t touch it. And Snoopy, for some reason.” She laughed. “I don’t get it.”
“I caution you not to dismiss your psychic visions, even if they’re strange,” I said. “You could get home tonight, turn on the TV and find say, a Nova episode featuring astronauts doing welding work on the space shuttle. And even if you didn’t, your vision has symbolic meaning.”
We are psychic all the time. It’s just a matter of seeing it. Somehow I knew the TV held a clue in solving my student’s psychic riddle. When I got home from class, I turned on the tube and saw a quarter moon hanging between two stars, rapper Snoop Dogg and Conan O’Brien. I forwarded it to the participants.
The moon represents magnetism, a pulling. There are two types of stars: those that are famous, or ideal models. And those we wish upon, that guide us over oceanic journeys. Snoop Dogg has changed his name to Snoop Lion. He’s going through a makeover, switching over to Reggae.
Some messages I see in this sign are: ‘success in repositioning yourself’, ‘freedom to be a creative artist in your life’, and ‘get the word out, circulate among the stars’.
Come to the next psychic class and try a few exercises out for yourself. Your psychic mind wants to show you how clever and metaphorical it can be.
Following psychic impressions will lead you on a magical journey that will help you align with your heart’s desire, sort through emotional issues, see opportunities and more.

The anecdotes we share from our psychic experiences seem to proffer themselves as modern allegories.
